My name is Brendan Michael Hathaway, and I am currently a student of mechanical engineering at Boston University. To say I am in love is an understatement because I am more than in love with Engineering. For me engineering is about finding relevant ways to apply science and critical thinking to solve problems. I am interested in problems that are relevant, and abstraction or ambiguity make me all the more determined to ask the right questions to solve those relevant problems.
When I don't have my head in a book, or I'm not receiving eye-strain from doing an extra hour of 3D modeling, I can be found on the banks of the Charles River keeping bees, playing ukulele, in the studio doing voiceovers, driving my 1984 Mercedes 300D which I love, or teaching community education classes in Newton, MA.
